What your one-time implementation fee covers
Every package follows the same fixed protocol, so the implementation fee is a defined scope rather than an open-ended estimate. Anything beyond it is quoted and agreed before work starts.

Typical delivery is 2–5 weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on tier and scope. The implementation fee is due at signing, scope is fixed in a short implementation plan agreed with you, and any changes go through a documented change request before work begins.
